How to Use Our Portal for your 1040 (Personal Return)

Step 1

Please log into your portal using the username and password you recevied via email from jd.rich@antosadvisors.com.

Please check your junk/spam mail if you did not receive the email.

Step 2

Under 'My Tax Documents', review your income tax return.

Step 3

If the return is correct, then please print & sign:

1. Form 8879 (Authorization to E-File) - Federal return
2. Form IL-8453 (Authorization to E-file) - State return

Return the signed forms to our office via fax, email, or mail.

If you have questions, please contact your preparer.

Step 4

Your return will be e-filed as soon as the signed documents and your payment has been received and processed.

Step 5

Your source documents will be returned to you via mail or FedEx, or call us to arrange pick up at our office.

Forgotten Password & Username Instructions

If you have forgotten your password,  enter your username and click 'Log In.' Then follow the instructions under "Help! I've forgotten my password." in the portal. If you have forgotten your username, please give our office a call at 847-537-8877.
